– During the veterinary degree he already showed a strong interest and guided his formation towards exotic and wild animals medicine.

– He started his professional activity at the Centre Veterinari L’Hospitalet from 2003 to 2008, achieving great experience in clinical activity.

– He continued his training into exotic animals medicine by performing advanced courses in maintenance of small mammals, birds’ clinic and clinic reptiles in Madrid. The wide diversity of this discipline requires constant training and renewal of knowledge therefore Isidro has been attending national and international conferences regularly

– He has a strong interest and experience in small mammals, especially in ferrets’ medicine and surgery. He is currently the official veterinarian of the Catalan Rescue Association for ferrets (SOS Hurones) in Catalonia.

– His hobbies include reading, photography and geocaching.

– He owns two domestic short hair cats called “Fufa” and “Maucio”.
